- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
- During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Kerala only
We have mentioned this on our Shop page. Please refrain from placing orders to addresses outside Kerala. If you accidentally do, please reach out to us at connect@earthproteinfoods.com.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timeline within Kerala is 2-4 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Remote location delivery constraints
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
OR - Free shipping on orders above ₹750.
All charges are clearly displayed before payment.

Once your order is shipped:
- A tracking link will be shared via email/WhatsApp.
- You can track your package directly through the courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Unreachable phone number
The package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears:
- Damaged
- Leaking
- Opened or tampered

Our products are securely packed in sealed containers.
However, once delivered:
